Kirton Adaption-Innovation Assesment

​

The Kirton Adaption-Innovation (KAI) Assesment is the industry gold-standard for evaluating problem solving styles for individuals and teams. CfADS enlists the KAI to measure and improve team collaboration and engagement. By giving leaders and team members insight into individual problem-solving strengths, organizations can deploy 

the right team members for the right projects and stages of product development.

The assessment includes administration of the KAI instrument and a half-hour individualized debrief.

​

The KAI Assessment is conducted and evaluated by KAI certified practitioner, Dr Jonathan Edelman, PhD.
